PaySimplified is not a readymade software sold off the shelf. Every implementation is customised to meet your organisation's specific requirements — your industry, your salary structure, your compliance obligations, your workflows and your team. We invest time, expertise and effort before you even begin using the system. Our job is not done when you sign up. Our job is done when your team is fully confident and independently operating the system.
The nature of our service is fundamentally different from a generic software subscription. When you engage PaySimplified, here is what we do before and during your go-live:

When you subscribe to PaySimplified, your payment covers:
All prices are exclusive of GST. Pricing is discussed and agreed upon before engagement, with no hidden charges.
You may choose not to renew your subscription at the end of any billing cycle. We do not lock you into long-term contracts beyond what you have agreed to. However, payments made for the current period are not refundable, as the service — including customisation, training and support — has already been rendered.
While refunds are not part of our policy, we are committed to resolving any genuine dissatisfaction. If at any point you feel the system is not meeting the requirements that were specifically agreed and documented at the time of onboarding, we will:
