Is SimpliRetail GST compliant?
Yes — fully. Auto-calculates CGST, SGST, and IGST on every invoice based on whether it is intra-state or inter-state. Supports HSN codes per product. Generates a complete GST report with rate-slab breakdown and HSN-wise summary ready for GSTR filing or your CA.
How does the loyalty tier system work?
Every time an invoice is saved, the system recalculates the customer's 365-day rolling spend and assigns the highest tier they qualify for — Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver, or Bronze. No manual work, no year-end resets. The admin sets the ₹ threshold for each tier and can change them any time.
Does it work on mobile and tablet?
Yes — fully responsive. Works on any modern browser on phone, tablet, or desktop. The billing screen has built-in camera barcode scanning on mobile, making it ideal for pop-up counters and shops with limited desktop space.
Can I manage multiple franchise outlets?
Yes. SimpliRetail supports franchise and multi-branch models. Each outlet operates independently with its own staff, GST, invoicing, and compliance. The brand owner gets a consolidated dashboard showing network-wide sales, top outlets, and fast movers across the entire franchise network.
What invoice formats are supported?
Three formats — A4 (standard GST invoice), Thermal 80mm, and Thermal 58mm for receipt printers. The default format is set per company in Settings and can be changed per bill at the billing screen.
Is customer data safe? Where is it stored?
All data is stored on our secure server. Each company's data is fully isolated — no company can see another's data. Birthday and anniversary only store day and month — no birth year is collected or stored. You can export all your data at any time in Excel format.
Can I integrate with Tally?
Yes — Tally integration is available. SimpliRetail exports sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts as Tally-compatible XML. Map your Tally ledger names once and import data daily or monthly — eliminating all manual voucher entry in Tally.
